Snoots in Cahoots will gladly accept returns or exchanges for new, unused, unwashed items with a receipt within 30 days of original purchase. The return process steps are listed below in specific order for you to follow. Please note we will not accept any returned package or refund the customer otherwise.
Here at Snoots in Cahoots, we want the return process to be easy and hassle-free for all parties. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, simply email email@example.com to start the return process. Email us before returning or sending any type of package, we will not open it otherwise.
*Your credit card or PayPal account will not be credited until we receive the item(s) physically in our warehouse.
*Follow each step IN ORDER*
- Contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at 616-741-0045. Include your order number, reason for return, and a list of the items you are returning in your email. Once a Return Confirmation email with a free return label has been sent back to you, continue through the return process.
- Securely package your return with the original invoice.
- Attach the provided return label. Make sure no other tracking labels are showing.
- Take the package to your nearest drop off location.
All returns will be processed back to the original form of payment. Once your return has been processed, you will receive a final Return Confirmation email.
incorrect shipping information
If packages are returned to Snoots in Cahoots due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. Snoots in Cahoots is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses or lost packages due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
lost or stolen packages
Snoots in Cahoots is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please inquire with Snoots in Cahoots at email@example.com to confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information in order for the customer to investigate.
